Any contract is concluded with Only Natural Pet GmbH, Zillibillerstr. 2, D-83229 Aschau i. Chiemgau, Germany . Please see in the imprint section for further details.

Contract
A contract can be concluded in English and German language. The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a binding offer but an online catalog without obligation. After you have entered your personal data and by clicking the button Confirm Order as the final step in the ordering process your are sending a binding order for the products that are in the shopping cart. Immediately after we have received your order you will receive a confirmation via Email that we have received your order. The contract will be concluded either with our order confirmation or with the delivery of the goods.

Prices
The prices are end consumer prices that include the German VAT of 19% or 7% for food and supplements. The VAT rate is stated next to each product price on the product information page. The prices and terms stated in the online shop at the time of your order are binding. We reserve the right to cancel the contract if there should be price errors in writing, display or calculation.

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs depend on the country to ship to and the weight of the packages. For an overview over the shipping costs please click on the link 'Shipping Cost' in the box 'More about...' in the left column of the shop.

Payment Methods
Payments can be made either with money transfer (prepayment), credit/debit card or PayPal. We reserve the right to ask for prepayment for first-time purchases. When selecting the payment method Money Transfer you will receive our bank information with our confirmation email; we will ship the products once your payment has been credited to our bank account. Payments with credit cards are being charged to your account approx. 3 days after we have received your order.

Payment Conditions and Reservation of Ownership
No discounts are applicable to the prices shown in the shop. Should your credit card have insufficient credit or should your bank revoke the amount for a payment with your debit card we have the right to invoice you for the related costs to making requests for payment. All goods remain unqualified property of Only Natural Pet GmbH until payment has been received in full.

Delivery
We deliver within and to other European countries. Eventual fees for customs clearance, taxes or other fees for deliveries to countries outside the EU are not included in our prices and will be charged to the customer directly by the customs authorities. If there is no other clear indication in the description of a product, all articles are ready for shipment within 3-5 working days. Average shipping time is around 1-2 weeks, depending on the country and city to ship to. Express deliveries can be made at an extra charge on top of the regular shipping costs (please inquire for details). We have the right to deliver an order in parts; Only Natural Pet GmbH will carry the costs for additional shipments. Shipments can only be made in regular end consumer quantities.

Right of Cancellation and Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery without having to state a reason. This cancellation period applies to private end consumers only. Cancellations have to be made as a written notice (letter, fax, email) or by returning the unused products. Please address cancellations to:

Perishable goods like food in open packages or food which has been used or frozen food or expired goods cannot be returned.
In case of an effective cancellation you will have to return the goods and we will refund your payment. If you will not be able to return the goods in an unused condition you will have to compensate for the used or damaged goods. The costs for the return of the goods have to be carried by the customer.

Guarantee
The guarantee for our products is according to the current laws, i.e. two years.

Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions are according to the German law and exclude UN-commercial law. This also applies for contracts with customers from outside .
