Subscription Order

Save up to 10% with the subscription order!

You will receive your products from the Only Natural Pet Store on a regular basis exactly within the delivery intervals specified by you.

With the subscription order you don’t need to worry about running out of products needed on a day-to-day basis anymore like food or supplements. No more trips to the store, no more running out of food, no more reminder notes - the supplies always arrive just when you need them.

We take care of the punctual and regular delivery of your products from our range – directly to your home. And best of all, you'll save up to 10% on every product delivered through the subscription program!

This is how it works:

• At the top of the description of each product, which is eligible for the subscription program, you will find the note: “Subscription & Delivery Interval”, please click your desired option in the box below the note with the desired delivery interval of either 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks.

• Don’t worry if you are not sure about which products to subscribe for and in which interval. You can change the products and the interval at any time, please call us minimum one week ahead of the next scheduled delivery or send us an email: service@onlynaturalpet.eu.

• You can unsubscribe from the program after the expiration of the minimum duration (see next point) at any time with a period of one week.

• The subscription program has a minimum duration of two repeating deliveries within a year, not counting the first delivery for the initial order.

• The subscription discount of between 5 to 10% will be deducted from your second order on.
  

• After we receive your subscription order you will get an email confirmation stating your products ordered and the delivery interval.
