Right of Cancellation and Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery without having to state a reason. This cancellation period applies to private end consumers only. Perishable goods like food in open packages or food which has been used or frozen food or expired goods cannot be returned. In case of an effective cancellation you will have to return the goods and we will refund your payment. If you will not be able to return the goods in an unused condition you will have to compensate for the used or damaged goods. The costs for the return of the goods have to be carried by the customer.
