An ointment of healing herbs that can be used on a wide range of skin problems. Designed to be used for skin irritations that a dog or cat may have. 60 ml jar.

Following is a list of the herbs in this formula and the properties for which they were selected. The term "may" is used because although these properties are what the herbs are known for in the field of herbology, these statements have not been recognized or approved by the FDA.

CHAPARRAL HERB (Larrea mexicana)
- Known as an antibiotic viral, bacterial and parasitic herb for infections
- May help to rebuild tissue and have antiseptic properties
OAK BARK (Quercus alba)
- May have a cleansing action on inflamed surfaces of the skin and mucous membranes
- May help with varicose veins and open wounds
CHICKWEED HERB (Stellaria media)
- May be a demulcent to help soothe, protect, and relieve irritation of inflamed mucous membranes and dry itchy skin
COMFREY ROOT (Symphytum officinalis)
- May have a healing and soothing effect on organs
- Contains allantoin, a chemical that may promote the growth of new cells
- May act as a cell proliferator and help with sprains and slow healing sores
- May help to relieve inflammation
LOBELIA HERB (Lobelia inflata)
- May be a pain reliever
- May have the ability to enhance the healing effect of other herbs
- Known as a counter-irritant
MARSHMALLOW ROOT (Althaea officinalis)
- May help soothe cuts, scrapes, wounds and burns
RED CLOVER FLOWER (Trifolium pratense)
- May act as an anti-inflammatory and be useful in skin afflictions
- May help protect mucous membranes
GOLDENSEAL ROOT (Hydrastis canadensis)
- May act as an antibiotic and be effective against ring worm and itchy skin
PINE TAR (Pinus silvestris)
- May have a healing effect and be antiseptic and may improve blood flow locally
- May have anti-fungal and antibacterial properties
TEA TREE OIL (Melaleuca alternifolia)
- May help the ointment to absorb into the skin
- May help fight bacteria, viruses, and fungal infections
- May help with healing, relieving pain of burns, and insect bites
